The best part of our job at Makovicka Physical Therapy is seeing our patients
grow stronger and become more active.
We love to hear back from our patients and find out how they’re doing since completing their physical therapy with us.
Before Jeanne came to Makovicka Physical Therapy, she was discouraged by the idea that shoulder replacement surgery was her only means of regaining mobility and maintaining her lifestyle. Her physician recommended Makovicka Physical Therapy. Through Josh Richling, she discovered an option besides surgery, and an environment that allowed her to feel comfortable during the healing process.
Jeanne no longer struggles to maintain her daily routine. Not only is she nearly pain free, but she also continues to gain strength and greater range of motion using the techniques she learned at Makovicka Physical Therapy.
“I appreciated Josh and all of the therapists as they listened to how I was doing, assessed my needs, provided therapy, and helped me develop a plan to sustain the progress I made during my therapy.”
A stiff left knee was holding back Ron’s softball game. He came to Makovicka Physical Therapy hoping to regain the full range of motion and knock it out of the park in senior soft ball. After just a few visits with Dan and Jeff at Makovicka Physical Therapy, Ron’s range of movement improved to 100%.
“Without everybody at Makovicka Physical Therapy, Iʼd still be moving in slow motion and not enjoying life. My whole hearted thanks for the great work done goes to the staff at Makovicka Physical Therapy.”
After foot surgery, Steve’s feet were so weak he walked with a limp. His recovery started in earnest after coming to Makovicka for physical therapy. Makovicka therapist Dan Witte gave Steve exercises that, while challenging, could be safely practiced at home. Steve regained strength in both of his feet and was able to return to his favorite sports activities without pain. He’s doing so well that he even qualified for the all state baseball team.
“Iʼm glad I went to Makovicka Physical Therapy. I am a better athlete because of it.”
